These Terms of Use apply to frumora.ca and to smoothies bought from Frumora vending machines. Frumora is a brand of R-Tek Industries Inc. ("Frumora", "we", "us"). By using our website or buying from a Frumora machine, you agree to these terms.
1. What we do
Frumora operates automated vending machines that blend smoothies to order at host locations in British Columbia. Our website gives information about our smoothies, machines and locations, and lets businesses ask about hosting or buying a machine.
2. Buying from a Frumora machine
Prices are shown on the machine's screen before you pay and include any applicable taxes. Your purchase is complete once your payment is approved. If a machine doesn't give you the smoothie you paid for, see our Refund Policy.
3. Nutrition and allergens
Ingredients, nutrition facts and allergens are printed on every cup and shown on our website. Read the label before you drink, especially if you have a food allergy. Some of our smoothies contain milk or peanuts. All flavours are blended in the same machine, so we can't guarantee that any smoothie is free of trace allergens. Nutrition values may vary slightly from cup to cup.
4. Hosting and machine enquiries
Sending an enquiry through our website doesn't create an agreement. Any hosting arrangement, revenue share or machine sale is covered only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
5. Website content
We try to keep information on frumora.ca accurate and current, but flavours, locations, hours and prices can change without notice. The website is provided "as is" for general information.
6. Intellectual property
The Frumora name, logo, designs, photos and text on this website belong to R-Tek Industries Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse our website or machines. For example, don't tamper with, damage or try to get free product from a machine, send spam or harmful code through our forms, or try to get around the website's security.
8. Third-party links and services
Our website links to and uses services run by others, such as Google Maps, Instagram and LinkedIn. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Frumora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or machines. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under British Columbia consumer protection law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of British Columbia.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
